Both Senators Tom Udall (former) and Martin Heinrich have washed their hands clean, by amending the M.H. Dutch Salmon Greater Gila Wild & Scenic River Act with vailed statements of protection to water rights, business, jobs and private property. Activists groups openly admit to bringing “litigation using existing environmental laws” to take control of water and land resources. While intentionally constructing this foundation for lawsuits they will complete their goal of depopulating our watershed.
