Who We Are

Are you a property owner who values the right to control and responsibly manage your land and water resources? Are you concerned about the overreach of government and the potential threats to your property and water rights? If so, we invite you to join us in the Heritage Waters Coalition.

The Heritage Waters Coalition is a pro-property and water rights advocacy organization dedicated to protecting and promoting the fundamental rights of property owners to responsibly use and manage their land and water resources. Our mission is to support and empower property owners by advocating for policies that safeguard their rights to property and water, while balancing the needs of society and the environment. Through education, outreach, and advocacy, we strive to foster a culture of responsible stewardship that ensures the long-term sustainability and vitality of our communities and natural resources.

There are several reasons why it is important to protect private property and water rights:

  1. Individual freedom and autonomy: Private property rights are a fundamental aspect of individual freedom and autonomy. The ability to own and control property, including land and water resources, is an essential component of personal liberty and self-determination.

  2. Economic prosperity: Private property and water rights are critical to economic prosperity. The ability to own and use property as one sees fit, including using it for business purposes, encourages investment and economic growth. Additionally, access to water resources is essential for many industries, such as agriculture, manufacturing, and energy production.

  3.  Environmental stewardship: Property owners are often the best stewards of their land and water resources. By allowing property owners to manage their resources in a way that meets their needs while protecting the environment, private property rights can help to promote sustainable land and water management practices.

  4. Preservation of cultural heritage: Private property rights are often closely tied to cultural heritage and historical traditions. By protecting these rights, we can help to preserve important cultural landmarks and traditions for future generations.

  5.  Limiting government power: Protecting private property and water rights can help to limit government power and prevent overreach. When individuals are allowed to own and control their own property, they are less dependent on the government for their basic needs, which can help to limit the scope of government authority.

Together, we can amplify our voices and increase our power and influence to protect what we treasure. As members of our organization, we work to advocate for policies that safeguard property and water rights, promote responsible stewardship, and balance the needs of society and the environment.

When we speak up to Congress, land management agencies, and stakeholder coalitions, we do so with the strength of our numbers behind us. With your help, we can continue to grow and guide good policy decisions that ensure the protection of property and water rights for generations to come.

Don't wait until it's too late. Join us today and help us protect what matters most - our fundamental rights to property and water. Together, we can make a difference and ensure a brighter future for ourselves and future generations. Please join today!
